Kidz Space Before & After School Care, Ipoh is an award-winning facility that offers parents peace of mind when they are at work by offering a safe and caring atmosphere. It provides quality daycare for students ranging in age from seven to twelve years old. The centre is operating on Monday to Friday, from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Lunch and transportation are included in the daycare service.

The services provided play an important role in influencing children’s growth and development, providing them with the tools they need to succeed in school. Students followed a structured daycare routine to cultivate a stronger sense of self-discipline, as well as other important life skills such as time management and concentration. With the upbringing traits developed, students are able to perform better in education, life and overall well-being.

Facilities

The centre which is located in Pengkalan Emas Mall, is easily accessible with a guarded pick-up and drop-off point, as well as ample parking. Unlike conventional tutoring settings, Kidz Space is spacious, air-conditioned and built to provide children with a variety of activity spaces that encourage their creativity.

It is equipped with spacious classrooms, library, mini cinema, science lab, art room, canteen, party room, and shower area. The atmosphere is study-focused, yet fun, definitely an environment that children enjoy being in.

Homework Guidance and Small-Group Learning

Kidz Space offers homework supervision and tutorial assistance in five core subject areas to ensure that students can keep up and succeed in school: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Mathematics, and Science. The coaching sessions are conducted in small groups and are designed to meet the specific requirements need by the students.

The lessons are designed to make learning more enjoyable and to assist students in understanding concepts rather than simply memorising knowledge. Teachers and facilitators will use creative learning methods to make the learning process enjoyable.

Mock tests are used to ensure students are prepared to answer exam questions in order to optimise their academic potential. On a monthly basis, students are evaluated based on their learning progress and academic success.

Interactive Online Lessons

Kidz Space is providing students with a remote learning opportunity through Gurupanda, their online learning platform. This is a significant benefit for students who choose to cultivate the habit of learning anywhere, at any time.

The e-lessons are designed according to topics that are covered in Malaysia’s National Curriculum.  Animated videos are created to engage students in learning, while quizzes are designed to support learning.

Enrichment Learning Activities

Kidz Space provides a range of enrichment learning opportunities to foster individualised talents and facilitate learning. They have a variety of fun enrichment classes available, including Little Einstein Science Workshop, Cambridge Young Learners English, Big Apple Mandarin, Taekwondo, Arithmetic, and Ukelele.
