Add Project & assign Co-worker into Project #

  • Co-worker must be register before assign them into project.
  • Co-worker must be assign into Project first only able to assign Task to them.

Assign Co-worker when creating Project : #

New Project > fill in Project Name > Category (Optional) > Search Users… > Type username > Add New Project

Assign / Add / Remove Co-worker after created Project : #

go to Project > Edit > Search Users… > Update Project


Kanban Board #

Import task into Kanban board to allowed Co-worker/Member to implement task in Kanban Board.

Kanban Board > Import Task > Choose Task List > Select Task


Calendar #

  • you can add Task from Calendar
  • you only can add Project and Task List here. (click to learn)

Calendar > select Project > select Task List > add Task
